Painworxs started in 2002 (then called New Emu) when Michael and Kathy Hill became involved in creating a topical pain relief product to help relieve Kathy's pain due to osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia.

After spending many months with a team of chemists from Oklahoma, Kathy was excited about the pain relief results she was getting, and New Emu was born.

 

The Hills decided to build a distributing company in the Oklahoma City metro area in order to distribute New Emu nationwide to independently owned pharmacies. With the help of the there two daughters, Jenifer and Desiree, New Emu/Painworxs quickly grew in pharmacies.

New Emu quickly spread through customer word-of-mouth and the personal recommendations from the Pharmacists. Over the past few years, a lot of copy cat products have hit the market using similar names to New Emu, therefore, in order to avoid all the confusion, in 2009 the name New Emu was changed Painworxs.

Over the years, the Hills have expanded the business into related Emu Oil based products such as New Emu Foot Soak and Foot Cream, New Lips, and fully refined Pure Emu Oil. You can be sure that all of the Painworxs products use only natural high-quality ingredients.

Today, Painworxs Inc. is a family owned and operated business, dedicated to providing fast friendly service. The Hill family is very proud to have a product that helps thousands of people get through there day with less pain, and allows them to sleep at night.
